Dated Oc.t 19, 2011 our first day in the hostel preparing for my fiancée interview in IMPRESS TALENT with a motto or tagline of THEY DO IT RIGHT ON THE FIRST TIME. Actually this a 2nd call from IMPRESS TALENT. So my fiancée is excited to be interview again so I withdraw money again for her interview, cause you need to pay $SG500 in able to have an interview. I don’t have choice she really want to work here even I disagree working in Singapore I said it’s gonna be tough and hard, cause people here specially some Local is short tempered and abusive, maybe you wont last long. But we still go for the interview. But what happen is, its been cancelled instead they offer another employer, maybe they use sweet talk to her that this retail job is fit for her with salary of $1100 its too small and not in the basic salary for $2000 also my fiancée told me that she will be working for 6 and half days but you can work half day on Sunday will paid for 50$ but the employer told her that she will be transfer to different store if some store will close in Sunday so you will not work on Sunday so the basic salary is just SG$1100. So my Fiancee pay again the $500 dollar in able to be interview with this other employer without consulting me, but things happen, now I’ve told her to withdraw the money because that’s too tiring for her also the salary is not enough to pay the rent and also to support her family in the Philippines also she will be having another interview on Oct. 20, 2011 we need the money for that. To make story short she refund it again for the second time because the first time she withdraw the money is that she is not selected on her interview so she refund the money that’s the Company Policy you can withdraw anytime even the registration fee it depends on you. Ive waited so long for my fiancé because there’s another girl to be interview. After the girl go out, I go down too to eat, then the terrible happen, my fiancé go downstairs crying she told me that this guy Shanon a local, pointing his finger on her and almost harass her and she said she was shouted so loud by this guy with FIERY and angry eyes and she said why she wanted to refund and why is changing mind always? And she told me that she’s been threaten that will be reported by MOM or MINISTRY OF MANPOWER so WHY DO YOU MEAN BY THAT ? THAT WE DON’T HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND ?BUT THAT’S THEIR POLICY IS TO APPLY THEN REFUND IF YOU WANT.SO WHY THEY GET ANGRY IF THAT’S THE POLICY?WHY WE DON’T TREATED FAIRLY AND NICE WE ARE THE APPLICANT,WE ARE CLIENT,CUSTOMER THAT PAYING THEM RIGHT WE ARE PROFESSIONAL AND DEGREE HOLDER WE ARE NOT ILITERATE? so as her protector I go up stair on the 3rd floor but I don’t see him maybe his inside his office, so the girl working there name RIO assist me I told her Im gonna withdraw also the $100 Registration fee which refundable because my fiancé is very afraid to go up and don’t want to see again SHANNON and RIO then when I reached the 3rd floor I Told rio to tell your guy or boss don’t ever shout to my fiancée again. So the girl Rio give me the SG $100 but this Guy who shout to my fiancée, harass her and threaten her that she will tell about her on MOM Ministry of Manpower responsible for approving or grant a Permit to work here in Singapore don’t know what the hell and crazy thing he’s talking about we don’t care about what he’s saying, he can’t even speak straight in English and talk to much.. Actually before they gave me the $100 this GUY talk to me that why im shouting in his office actually why should I do that, IF I can have a chance he will get what he deserved for harassing my fiancée, pointing finger on her and threatening her, Now she still in trauma for what happen by just refunding our money. Ok this guy tell me with fiery and crazy devil look take the money and leave now, so I took the money and just go out, when I go out I walk fast so we can leave the place now, cause what I observed this guy getting crazy and I think his asking for fight so I Ignored him because we go to singpore for 2nd time to see the place again and help my fiancée to try her luck for getting a job. So I walk fast but with carrying our 2 laptop I can’t walk that fast because Im not expecting that he will hurt me but this guy go out in the office without knowing and talking behind me so I walk fast cause I see his turning shit and crazy, when im going down on the stairs and taking my first step going down to 2nd floor just sudden this crazy guy PUSH MY BACK IN FULL FORCE so I fall on the 2nd floor from 3rd floor. This guy is a traitor its fighting against your back, when I fell, my 2 laptop also fall too on the floor with me Im lying down now I can’t move my left legs and foot and this crazy guy asking me a fight, Im disable now and this guy still asking for it, my fiancé and rio witness that but the Filipina girl RIO just starring at us and she’s doing nothing with it even to stop her boss and I can’t move now the sadness thing here my fiancée saw me lying on the floor and crying and this guy still talking to me to fight him back my fiancé saying sorry to them even though we are not doing anything to them even touch them we don’t understand actually, why is it like that? And why they are angry if we just refund the money. they don’t have the right about our money because we dont have any benefits to them my fiancé still don’t have work then why they are acting like that? Its better for them to say that the money is NOT REFUNDABLE to be easily understand but they told us that the money is refundable that why we go for that agency. NOW AS WE SEE AND EXPERIENCE TO THAT AGENCY THAT THEY ARE NOT SAYING THE TRUTH. WE DON’T TRUST THEM ANYMORE ALSO THEY ARE NOT ACCOMODATING SO MUCH ESPECIALLY RIO SHES IN BAD MANNER SHE DOESN’T HAVE A GOOD MANNER MANY TOLD ME THAT, THAT RIO IS NOT GOOD but still my fiancée go for that agency because of the promise of THE PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE. For me if im going to asked 1st what if im not selected? on that offer of course I will refund it first because that agency is not so many offer compare by the other company. 2nd what if my money stay on them then they offer me to go to interview that I don’t like and I need my money for some reason in renting the house, or need it to buy food or need it for applying somewhere? So it means I cant refund it because of not trying to go in interview or whatsoever….OMG that’s our money that’s the money of their client they don’t have the right to got it from us..they don’t have the right to ask us why we need to refund because that’s our personal matters right? That’s privacy.. and why they need to shout, to point finger to their clients. To hurt their clients why is it like that? We are not perfect nobodys perfect right..but we are customers their agency still live because of us. We have the right to treat right…that’s why they don’t have the right to be like that..
Now Im totally 100% disabled because of this traitor guy who push me on the stairs from 3rd floor
And fell on the 2nd floor I broke my legs and ankle. Even Im hurts he’s still insisting me to fight him just lucky he don’t go near on me and punch me maybe if that’s happen, he will got what he deserve So I think quick and call a police I report what happen and this guy go down and from 1 meter away HE TOLD ME THAT HE DIDN’T PUSH ME OR EVEN TOUCHING ME BUT DOES ANYONE ELSE WANTED TO BE HURT? DOES ANYONE ELSE WANTED TO BE INJURED? OMG HES NOT USING HI HEAD WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT. his a real CRAZY BITCH, PYSCHOPATH A BIG LIAR, he even said he will call his lawyer while im calling the police, and sadly my fiancée still crying and still watch me lying down AND SHE WITNESSED AND HEARD ALL HE SAID ALSO RIO BUT JUST DOING ANYTHING, ANY MOVE JUST STARRING AND WATCHING US, she supposed to be the one who will stop him because shes also a Filipino but I think they are the same feathers..
Now Im really disable you think I do this to my self you fucking sick guy and liar, I can’t even walk now and go to toilet and take a shower so what will I do here now. We are tourist supposed to sight seeing here in Singapore, and I can’t even work now on my online job as web developer cause my legs are in pain and I can’t move it. How can I date my Fiancee now and go to SENTOSA, CHINATOWN OR ANYWHERE and how I will walk on the MALL, and how I go with her if she have an interview and how can I protect her is she encounter again this type of MADMAN AND CRAZY DEVIL AND BIG LIAR PERSON.
Im really in pain and really angry for what happen to me without a fight, every time I feel the pain and trying to walk I wish I can fight back so he will know and taste the fist of PINOY. But I can’t do anything I want to fight back but im disable now because of this TRAITOR LIAR BITCH WITH NO BREED WHO PUSH MY BACK.

Saying there is no registration fee but still have once you fill up the form, they will ask you for registration which is SG$100 and if you have an interview you need to pay SG$500 before you meet the employer and the money is refundable anytime, so why this CRAZY GUY GET MAD IF YOU WANT A REFUND WE ARE THE CLIENT THEY GOT MONEY FROM US ESPECIALLY IF GET HIRED, THEY DON’T PAY US WE PAY THEM SO THEY DON’T HAVE ANY RIGHT’S TO SHOUT TO MY FIANCEE AND PUSH ME IF HE WANT IT. A REALLY SAD EXPERIENCE MAYBE HIS JUST CRAZY GUY LOOSE HIS MIND…BECAUSE I KNOW MANY OF THEIR APPLICANT BACK OFF TO THEM , MANY APPLICANT REFUND TO THIS AGENCY BECAUSE THEY FIND A JOB TO THE OTHER AGENCY WHICH IS VERY GOOD.. NOW IM STILL IN BED JUST RESTING AND WAITING TO GET BETTER SO WE CAN GET HOME.

here's what i found i have fracture now on my left foot because of this bastard crazy singaporean, no breeding and maybe never been school cause can't speak straight english guy who push me on my back on the stairs, maybe his planning to kill me that's why he push me so strong and badly i fall from 3rd floor to 2nd floor and Ive found my self lying down on the floor can't do anything with my fiancee crying in front of my when saw me lying on the floor. and this fucking bastard still angry and still asking for fight..
